BP-O/LVP-1 (150-280) protector, protects LED drivers for garden lights, street lights, pole lights, tu nnel lights, floodlights, venue lights, airport lights, terminal lights, explosion-proof lights, industrial and factory lights, and other applications, providing overvoltage protection and undervoltage protection. Overvoltage protectors can protect LED drivers from high voltage damage, even in extreme situations where the input voltage can reach up to 440Vac. Built in low-voltage protector to protect LED drivers from damage caused by low-voltage overcurrent. The built-in soft start will greatly limit the inrush current of the LED driver during startup and greatly increase the number of MCBs of the LED driver.

OVP will cut off the circuit automatically when mains voltage exceeds 280Vac, while UVP disconnects power if the input voltage drops below 150Vac. It supports series installation, wide operating temperature from -40β to 85β, perfectly matching outdoor street light, flood light and tunnel light projects. It can withstand extreme input voltage up to 440Vac to safeguard LED drivers outdoors.
Will this OVP & UVP protector cause light flickering for outdoor street lights during voltage fluctuations?
No flicker issue for street light outdoor application. It is equipped with a 3-second anti-flickering design to filter brief mains voltage spikes. Besides, built-in soft start function limits inrush current when LED drivers power on, avoiding instant voltage shocks that trigger light flicker.
